Team Advisors - After completing your ONLINE TEAM REGISTRATION, please download, fill out & sign the NEW official Code of Conduct form. Return all signed forms to your local Soil and Water Conservation District by February 2, 2024. 

ADVISORS - These additional forms are MANDATORY for the team to be eligible to compete!
